Bearly Articulating was founded with a passion to empower
parents, educators and related professionals to work collaboratively and support unique
learners as life-long learners. It is our mission to unite best practices in
reading, writing, speaking and spelling by providing evidence-based assessment and intervention services. We seek to engage in ongoing development with
parents and professionals alike.

Bearly Articulating was founded by Jeannette
Washington, M.Ed. who holds a specialized Masters of Education in Curriculum
and Instruction with an emphasis in Dyslexia. Jeannette is a member of the International Dyslexia Association. This former speech-language pathologist has a natural ability to
appreciate and inspire exceptional learners. Jeannette has worked as a speech-language
pathologist in several K-12 settings in the Jackson area, where she
provided individual, group and classroom based speech-language & literacy services. Some of her clients include the Jackson Public School District, the Mississippi Head Start Association, the City of Jackson Early Childhood Development Division, the Girls Scouts of Greater Mississippi and the Mississippi Public Broadcasting Early Childhood Education Services.
